Notes: Advanced conference registration and contributions will be processed exclusively online and with credit card only. There is a non-refundable convenience fee of $3.75 that will be added to all credit card transactions. Conference participants who share a room - One pays contribution with lodging, one pays contribution without lodging. Individuals who choose to stay overnight on September 1st will be required to reimburse the Agency an additional $80 for the hotel room. Hotel accommodations may not be available after 8/5.
